Thanks Matt. Like the idea. I thought that we were in that place 10 years ago (I was horribly wrong). For me the key point is that Cuny has been socialising educational technology use for years. This isn't a pivot or shift, but a logical direction to continue in. Sadly, I think their approach only holds in big cities (nodes) where there are many connections (edges). Otherwise, when things get tough, management cannot but revert back to familiar hierarchies.
